No. The 45-minute discovery call is always free. We use it to understand your situation and decide whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so and, where possible, point you toward someone who can help.
Our fixed-price quotes include a buffer for reasonable overruns. If the scope changes significantly mid-project because your needs evolve, we will discuss the change, agree a revised fee in writing and only proceed once you approve it. We have never surprised a client with an unexpected invoice.
Yes. Several clients start with a focused project and then move to a monthly retainer once they see the value. We credit any unused follow-up time from the project against your first retainer month.
After the initial three-month commitment, either side can end the retainer with 30 days' written notice. We will complete any work in progress and hand over all files and documentation. There is no exit fee.
We offer a 15% reduction on all packages for registered charities and community interest companies. Mention this during the discovery call and we will apply it to your quote.
We invoice monthly in arrears for retainers and 50/50 (start and completion) for projects. Advisory half-days are payable in advance. We accept bank transfer and direct debit. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
